Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Research Scientist – DMPK (in vitro ADME), you will:
- Conduct in vitro ADME assays to evaluate drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics.
- Perform LC-MS/MS bioanalysis for small molecule characterization.
- Design, execute, and validate in vitro experiments in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support drug discovery and preclinical studies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare technical reports.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Experience: 1–4 years in in vitro ADME, DMPK, or bioanalysis.
- Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year completed in your current organization.
- Hands-on expertise with LC-MS/MS bioanalytical techniques.
- Strong knowledge of in vitro ADME methodologies and regulatory guidelines.
Relevant Courses: M.Pharm (Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis), M.Sc (Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences).
