Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Review QC Microbiology data (Environmental Monitoring, Water, Microbial limits).
- Handle documentation and compliance as per GMP.
- Knowledge of stability studies & wet analysis.
- Ensure audit readiness and LIMS familiarity.
- Support investigations and CAPA activities.
2. Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analysis using HPLC and wet lab techniques.
- Sampling & testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Prepare and review GLR (General Laboratory Records) and SLR (Sample Log Records).
- Ensure compliance with GLP documentation, GMP, and data integrity.
3. Production
- Involvement in API manufacturing operations.
- Execute and review BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) & BPR (Batch Packing Records).
- Monitor processes, handle equipment, and ensure cGMP compliance.
- Maintain safety standards and coordinate with QA/QC for batch release.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry), M.Sc (Microbiology).
- Experience: 2–4 years in API industry across QA, QC, or Production.
- Key Skills: HPLC analysis, wet chemistry, GMP compliance, LIMS operation, audit readiness, API production knowledge.
Relevant Courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis, QA, Pharmaceutics), M.Sc (Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Microbiology).
