Job Role & Responsibilities

As an HCC Process Trainer, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on HCC coding and healthcare revenue cycle functions
• Develop and maintain training plans, materials, and MIS reports
• Apply your expertise in medical billing, RCM, and coding compliance to train teams effectively
• Handle classroom training and provide guidance to trainees, ensuring knowledge retention
• Utilize strong analytical and logical skills to assess trainee performance and provide feedback
• Collaborate with management to enhance training methodologies and processes

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Life Sciences graduate preferred
• Certification: Mandatory medical coding certification (CPC, CRC, or equivalent)
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of HCC coding experience
  • 2+ years of HCC training experience
  • Prior experience as a trainer is mandatory
• Skills: Excellent presentation, classroom management, analytical thinking, and MIS reporting
