Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager (Medical Representative), you will:
- Promote Intravenous (IV) and Enteral Nutrition (EN) products to healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives within assigned territories
- Educate medical staff on product usage, benefits, and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback and optimize strategies
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Any Science Graduate (freshers eligible), or Any Non-Science Graduate with minimum 2 years of pharma sales experience
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer engagement abilities
- Work Type: Field sales / Key account management
- Additional: Candidates should be self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to market challenges
