IQVIA is currently hiring for the position of Clinical Trial Assistant in Thane, Maharashtra, India. As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical research teams to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.

Job Overview: As a Clinical Trial Assistant at IQVIA, your primary responsibility will be to perform daily administrative activities in collaboration with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Regulatory and Start-Up (RSU) teams. Your role will involve maintaining accurate Trial Master Files (TMF) and supporting various clinical documentation and reporting tasks within project timelines.

Essential Functions:

• Assist CRAs and RSU team with updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems like TMF.
• Handle preparation, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports.
• Coordinate clinical trial supplies and Case Report Forms (CRFs) tracking.
• Act as a central contact for project communications and documentation.
• Support CRAs during site visits and assist with clinical monitoring duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3-4 years of administrative support experience
• Minimum one year of clinical research experience preferred
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
