Job Role & Responsibilities
1. FRD – Technology Transfer (M.Pharm) – 3–8 Years
- Coordinate the transfer of formulations from development to commercial manufacturing.
- Ensure smooth technology handover and maintain documentation.
- Support production teams with technical guidance during scale-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.
2. FRD – Research Associate/Research Scientist (M.Pharm) – 4–10 Years
- Conduct formulation research and develop new pharmaceutical products.
- Optimize processes and improve product stability and efficacy.
- Prepare technical reports, regulatory documentation, and experimental protocols.
- Work closely with QA, Production, and RA teams for product development lifecycle.
3. Regulatory Affairs – Executive (M.Pharm) – 3–6 Years
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory dossiers for domestic and international markets.
- Ensure compliance with EU, MHRA, and USFDA requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance to internal teams.
- Maintain documentation and support inspections or audits.
4. DQA – Executive/Senior Officer (B.Pharm) – 5–8 Years
- Oversee documentation and quality compliance for development and manufacturing.
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to cGMP standards.
- Review and approve batch records and quality reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- FRD – Technology Transfer: M.Pharm, 3–8 years of experience.
- FRD – Research Associate/Scientist: M.Pharm, 4–10 years of experience.
- Regulatory Affairs – Executive: M.Pharm, 3–6 years of experience.
- DQA – Executive/Senior Officer: B.Pharm, 5–8 years of experience.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Prior experience in EU, MHRA, USFDA-approved plants.
- Exposure to OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) formulation development and manufacturing.
Relevant Courses: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Formulation Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Drug Development, Clinical Research.
