Job Roles & Responsibilities
Production Department (API)
- Operating knowledge of reactors and centrifuges.
- Handling large-scale manufacturing equipment under cGMP guidelines.
- Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Supporting scale-up processes and batch production.
- Monitoring production cycles for efficiency and compliance.
Quality Control Department
- Hands-on experience with wet lab analysis, HPLC, GC, and GIP testing.
- Conducting stability and analytical tests for raw materials and finished products.
- Preparing detailed documentation and compliance reports.
- Maintaining calibration records for lab instruments.
- Ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and reliability of test results.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy.
- Freshers can apply for Production and Quality Control roles.
- 1–8 years of experience preferred in Production (API) or QC.
- Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines.
- Effective problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work in team environments.
