Job Role & Responsibilities
Emcure Pharmaceuticals is inviting applications for various departments at its Sanand (Injectable), Mehsana (Injectable & OSD), and Surendranagar (OSD) facilities.
1. Production (Injectables)
Position: Executive / Officer / Operator
Experience: 1–7 years
Qualification: M.Pharm / B Pharm / BSc / Diploma / ITI
Key Responsibilities:
- Batch Manufacturing and QMS documentation
- Leak testing, skid operation, and vial filling
- Autoclave operation and Isolator/VHP-based filling area management
- Complex Injectable Manufacturing
2. Production (OSD – Surendranagar)
Position: Executive / Officer / Operator
Experience: 1–5 years
Qualification: MSc / BSc / B Pharm / Diploma / ITI
Responsibilities:
- Granulation, compression, coating, and packing
- Secondary & primary packing, blister labelling, visual inspection
- Exposure to track and trace systems
3. Quality Control (QC)
Position: Executive / Officer
Experience: 1–7 years
Qualification: MSc / BSc / M.Pharm / B Pharm
Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of finished products
- Operate HPLC, GC, ICP-OES, LC-MS, Auto Titrator, Zetasizer, etc.
- GLP/LIMS/QMS documentation and data integrity compliance
4. Quality Assurance (QA)
Position: Executive / Officer
Experience: 3–10 years
Qualification: M.Pharm / B Pharm / MSc / BSc
Responsibilities:
- IPQA, validation, and qualification
- Review of MFR/BMR/APQR/Caliber LIMS
- QA training and documentation
5. QC Microbiology
Position: AM / Executive / Officer
Experience: 3–10 years
Qualification: MSc / BSc
Responsibilities:
- Media preparation, BET, MLT, and sterility testing
- QMS/CSV documentation and environmental monitoring
6. Technology Transfer
Position: Executive / Officer
Experience: 1–7 years
Qualification: M.Pharm / B Pharm
Responsibilities:
- Process validation, exhibit batches, and SPM/BOM review
7. Warehouse
Position: Officer / Operator
Experience: 3–6 years
Qualification: MSc / BSc / B Pharm / Diploma / ITI
Responsibilities:
- RM/PM/FG dispensing, QMS, and SAP operations
8. Projects / Engineering
Position: Executive / Officer / Technician
Experience: 2–8 years
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma / ITI
Responsibilities:
- Installation & qualification of equipment
- Plant maintenance, HVAC, EMS, BMS, and water systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SAP
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Background: M.Pharm, B Pharm, MSc, BSc, Diploma, ITI, BE, B.Tech
- Relevant Courses: Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
- Experience Range: 1–10 years depending on the department
- Skillset Preference: QMS, GLP, Validation, Equipment Operation, Analytical Instruments, GMP Documentation

- Sanand (Injectable) – PLOT NO SM-14/15/16/1 GIDC-II, Sanand, Ahmedabad
- Mehsana (Injectable & OSD) – At Post Dabhala, Vijapur, Mehsana, Gandhinagar-Visnagar Highway
- Surendranagar (OSD) – Village Kadu, Taluka Lakhtar, Surendranagar
