Job Roles & Responsibilities
Production Department
Positions: Sr Officer, Assistant Manager, Officer, Sr Executive
Experience: 2–12 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc, D.Pharm, MBA, B.Com (as per designation)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise shop floor operations including filtration, filling, sealing, stoppering, vial washing, autoclave, ophthalmic formulations, suspensions, and lyophilized products.
- Conduct training sessions for production teams.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and QMS.
- Monitor and optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain production records and reporting.
Warehouse Department
Positions: Sr Officer, Sr Executive
Experience: 4–10 Years
Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations for raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Ensure SAP inventory management and proper documentation.
- Supervise dispensing, storage, and material handling.
- Implement and monitor Warehouse QMS activities.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams for smooth operations.
Quality Control (QC) Department
Positions: Officer, Sr Executive
Experience: 4–10 Years
Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
- Execute process validation and QC procedures.
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, LBPC, Osmometer, KF Auto Titrator, and UV-Vis spectrometer.
- Utilize LIMS systems for data management.
- Participate in investigations including lab incidents, OOS, OOT, and deviations.
- Maintain QC documentation and compliance with cGMP and QMS standards.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc, D.Pharm, MBA, B.Com (depending on role).
- Experience: 2–12 years in injectable production, warehouse, or QC operations.
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience in injectable manufacturing and QC.
- Knowledge of GMP, QMS, and LIMS.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and supervisory skills.
- Preferred Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to train teams and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
