Job Role & Responsibilities

Alembic Pharmaceuticals is hiring across multiple departments including Production, Packing, Quality Functions, and Engineering.

Production (OSD)

Designation: Technical Officer / Junior Executive / Executive / Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Operate granulation, compression, coating, pelletization, and capsule filling equipment.
• Execute manufacturing activities according to SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Monitor process parameters and production efficiency.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and records.
• Support batch execution and troubleshooting activities.

Production (API)

Designation: Junior Executive / Executive / Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reactors, centrifuges, sifters, blenders, and multi-mills.
• Supervise API manufacturing operations.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP and SOP requirements.
• Manage change controls, deviations, and process documentation.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, and warehouse teams.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Production (Injectable)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing skids and sterile processing equipment.
• Handle Fedegari autoclaves, isolators, lyophilizers, and vial washing systems.
• Perform aseptic filtration and filling activities.
• Operate PFS, ophthalmic, and vial filling lines.
• Manage CIP/SIP systems and sterile manufacturing processes.
• Execute QMS and manufacturing activities according to approved procedures.

Packing (OSD)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate blister packing and bottle packing lines.
• Handle serialization and track-and-trace systems.
• Operate CAM, BQS, HONGA, UHLMANN, CVC, Pharma Pack, IMA, and Sachet machines.

• Maintain packing line efficiency and compliance.
