Job Role & Responsibilities
ChirokHealth is hiring across multiple levels for its E/M IP vertical:
Medical Coder / Senior Medical Coder
- Perform accurate coding for E/M IP services in compliance with official coding guidelines.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned coding tasks with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with QA teams for quality checks and audits.
- Maintain updated knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and E/M coding guidelines.
Quality Analyst (QA)
- Review coded records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client requirements.
- Provide feedback and training to coders for continuous improvement.
- Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies in medical records.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- For Medical Coders / Senior Medical Coders:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E/M IP coding.
- Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of coding guidelines and compliance standards.
- For Quality Analysts (QA):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in E/M IP coding.
- At least 1 year of prior QA/audit experience.
- Mandatory medical coding certification.
Relevant courses: B. Pharm, M. Pharm, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Healthcare Management, Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS).
Location & Salary
- Locations: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida.
- Openings: 25 for Medical Coders, 10 for QA.
- Salary will be offered as per industry standards and candidate experience.
