Job Role & Responsibilities

As an HCC Medical Coder (Certified Fresher), you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing patient medical records and applying accurate ICD-10-CM codes for HCC risk adjustment.

• Ensuring compliance with AAPC/AHIMA coding guidelines.

• Supporting internal audits and maintaining a 95%+ coding accuracy rate.

• Collaborating with senior coders and quality teams for training and performance improvement.

• Ensuring timely completion of assigned coding tasks.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education:

  • Life Science Graduates: B.Sc, M.Sc (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry)

  • Pharmacy: B.Pharm, M.Pharm
