Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Medical Coding Fresher, you will:
- Review patient charts and clinical documentation.
- Assign accurate ICD and CPT codes following U.S. healthcare guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with medical coding standards.
- Work with senior coders and team leads to deliver high-quality coding output.
- Contribute to process accuracy, coding productivity, and data integrity.
This role includes structured training to help you develop strong coding fundamentals.

- Education: Paramedical & Life Science graduates (2023–2025)
Examples include: B.Sc Nursing, BPT, B.Sc MLT, B.Sc Biotechnology, B.Sc Microbiology, B.Sc Biochemistry, B.Sc Zoology, B.Sc Botany, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BDS, BAMS, BHMS. - Skills: Good communication skills.
