Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Officer or Senior Officer in the Quality Control (QC) department, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing product quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory quality standards.
• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining analytical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operating and maintaining analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and dissolution apparatus.
• Conducting stability studies and assisting in analytical method validation and transfer.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry) or B.Pharm.

Experience: 1 to 4 years in a Quality Control function within a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit, preferably in OSD.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA, WHO).
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and other QC equipment.
• Good documentation practices and analytical report writing skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and teamwork.
