Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Departments: Formulation & Development (F&D), Analytical R&D (ADL)

Key Responsibilities Include:

Formulation & Development (F&D):

• Develop sterile dosage forms including injectables, ophthalmics, lyophilized products, and emulsions.

• Conduct pre-formulation and compatibility studies for new products.

• Manage technology transfer, scale-up, and exhibit batch preparations.

• Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation in compliance with USFDA, EMA, and other guidelines.

• Apply principles of Quality by Design (QbD) and CGMP during R&D projects.

Analytical R&D (ADL):

• Perform analytical research and development for sterile injectable products.

• Ensure testing and validation procedures meet regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with the formulation team for method development and problem-solving.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc (Pharma/Pharmaceutical Sciences)

• Experience: 1–8 years specifically in sterile injectable dosage forms

• Only candidates with experience in injectables, ophthalmics, lyophilized products, or emulsions will be considered.

• Knowledge Required: CGMP, QbD, regulatory compliance (USFDA, EMA, etc.), technology transfer processes.
