Job Role & Responsibilities

Walk-in Hiring Positions:

Production / Packing

• Production Trainee / Officers / Executives – Sterile Manufacturing

• Aseptic Area Supervisors – Parenteral Manufacturing (Vials, Ampoules, Bottles, BFS Technology)

• Autoclave & Terminal Sterilization Technicians

• Cleanroom Maintenance Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and supervise sterile production lines following aseptic techniques

• Ensure compliance with CGMP, GDOCP, and cleanroom protocols

• Monitor and maintain equipment, autoclaves, and BFS systems

• Maintain batch records, perform line clearance, and execute terminal sterilization procedures

• Collaborate with QA teams for smooth production and quality operations

Quality Assurance

• QA Officers / Executives with 0-5 years of experience in sterile dosage forms

• Responsibilities:

  • Conduct batch record reviews and line clearance inspections

  • Execute validation protocols, IPQA, QMS compliance, and DQA activities

  • Ensure adherence to aseptic area protocols

  • Support laboratory QA and formulation plant quality processes

Eligibility / Qualifications

Education Required:

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, Diploma in Pharmacy, or related fields

• Relevant courses: Pharmaceutical Technology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry

Experience:

• 0-5 years in sterile/aseptic manufacturing and QA functions

• Experience in CGMP-compliant production, BFS technology, aseptic processing is a plus

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols, aseptic techniques, and GMP standards

• Familiarity with QA functions such as batch record review, line clearance, and validation

• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work under strict timelines
