Job Role & Responsibilities

Manufacturing / Packing – Associate / Operator

Qualification: 10th, 12th + ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm
Experience: 2–10 years

Responsibilities:

• Operate OSD manufacturing equipment for granulation, pellet coating, compression, capsule filling.
• Handle primary packing (blister, sachet) and secondary packing (cartoning, labeling).
• Follow cGMP practices, complete BMR/BPR entries, and maintain hygiene.

Manufacturing / Packing – Officer / Sr. Officer

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Experience: 2–8 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage OSD processes such as compression, pellet coating, capsule filling.
• Oversee e-BPR and e-log operations.
• Execute online checks and support process optimization.

Quality Control – Officer / Sr. Officer

Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Experience: 2–8 years

Responsibilities:

• Perform FP, RM, IP, and stability analysis for solid oral products.
• Conduct AMV, dissolution studies, and PMQC testing.
• Maintain documentation per regulatory expectations.

Quality Assurance – Officer / Sr. Officer

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Experience: 3–8 years

Responsibilities:

• Support AQA, APQR preparation, IPQA, and validation activities.
• Review documents and monitor compliance across production areas.

Production – MES (PAS-X) Officer / Sr. Officer

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.E
Experience: 2–8 years

Responsibilities:

• Design and troubleshoot MBRs within MES (PAS-X).
• Work with PCS elements, alias mapping, and equipment integration.
• Support electronic documentation and process digitization.

Stores (Warehouse) – Officer / Sr. Officer

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 3–10 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage RM and PM sections in a formulation-based warehouse.
• Handle receipts, issuance, storage, and SAP documentation.
• Ensure compliance with material movement SOPs.

Maintenance – Officer / Sr. Officer / Assistant

Qualification: B.E (Electrical); ITI (Electrical) for Assistant
Experience: 3–10 years

Responsibilities:

• Maintain manufacturing & packing equipment including granulation, compression, coating, blister & strip lines.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and plant utilities.
• Maintain preventive and breakdown maintenance records.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Accepted Courses: ITI, Diploma, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, D.Pharm, B.E Electrical.
