Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC – HPLC)
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC and other analytical instruments
- Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product testing
- Maintain analytical documentation and ensure data integrity (ALCOA+)
- Support stability studies and method validation
QC Microbiology
- Perform microbiological testing and environmental monitoring
- Handle culture maintenance and microbial analysis
- Ensure compliance with GLP and GMP standards
- Support sterility testing and contamination control processes
Quality Assurance (QA – Validation)
- Execute process validation and equipment qualification activities
- Prepare and review validation protocols and reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GMP guidelines
- Handle documentation related to validation lifecycle
Utility Engineer (Engineering Department)
- Manage plant utilities including HVAC, water systems, boilers, and compressors
- Ensure smooth operation and preventive maintenance of utilities
