Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Production – Officer/Sr. Officer (OSD Manufacturing)

  • Experience: 2–5 years
  • Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
  • Responsibilities:
    • Operations in granulation, compression, coating, pellet coating, capsule filling, and packing.
    • Knowledge of Pas-X, SCADA, and E-log systems.

2. Production – Officer/Sr. Officer (Packing)

  • Experience: 2–5 years
  • Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
  • Responsibilities:
    • Primary and secondary packing operations.
    • Handling auto-cartonator, labeling machine operations, track & trace.
    • Knowledge of e-BMR documentation.

3. Quality Control (QC) – Officer/Sr. Officer

  • Experience: 3–5 years
  • Qualification: B.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc
  • Responsibilities:
    • Analysis of FP, IP, PV, and stability samples.
    • Method validation and transfer.
    • Handling of HPLC, LIMS, and other QC instruments.

4. Quality Assurance (QA) – Officer

  • Experience: 2–5 years
  • Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
  • Responsibilities:
    • IPQA activities: line clearance, sampling, in-process checks.
    • Knowledge of Pas-X, SCADA, and E-log.

5. Maintenance – Officer/Sr. Officer

  • Experience: 3–5 years
  • Qualification: Diploma/BE (Mechanical/Electrical)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Operation and maintenance of HVAC, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, DX units, and electrical panels.
    • Exposure to handling breakdowns in regulated pharma environments.

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, Diploma, BE (Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Experience: 2–5 years (Production/QA), 3–5 years (QC/Maintenance).
  • Preferred Candidates: Those with experience in USFDA/MHRA-approved facilities and exposure to cGMP/GDP regulatory requirements.

Relevant Courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, QA, Pharmaceutical Analysis), B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry, Diploma/BE Mechanical, Diploma/BE Electrical.
