Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance – IPQA (OSD)

• Perform IPQA checks on manufacturing, dispensing, compression, coating, and packing activities.
• Conduct line clearance, monitor GMP conditions, and verify adherence to SOPs.
• Review BMR/BPR documentation for in-process accuracy.

Quality Assurance – QMS

• Handle deviation management, investigations, incident documentation, and CAPA closure.
• Support audit readiness and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work within structured QMS workflows including TRIMS and e-log systems.

Engineering – Electrical (HVAC)

• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance for HVAC systems.
• Maintain documentation for electrical systems and equipment.
• Monitor AHU operations and ensure environmental control compliance.

Engineering – Mechanical/Electrical (General Maintenance)

• Perform routine plant maintenance and equipment servicing.
• Support QMS-linked documentation including CAPA, deviation, and incident logs.
• Participate in equipment validation and calibration activities.

Purchase (BE / MBA)

• Manage vendor identification, negotiation, and procurement cycles.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and supply chain optimisation.
• Work on SAP MM, documentation workflows, and advanced Excel reporting.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• QA (IPQA/QMS): B.Pharm, M.Pharm with 2–4 years
• Maintenance (Electrical/Mechanical): DEE, DME, BE with 3–5 years
• Purchase: BE, MBA with 3–5 years
