Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Control — Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Solid Oral (FP), in-process and stability samples.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments: HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, Dissolution tester; exposure to GC, ICP-MS and/or LC-MS is preferred.
- Execute analytical method validation and transfer for solid oral dosage forms.
- Maintain robust documentation as per cGMP and ensure data integrity.
Stores (Warehouse) — Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 3–10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage raw material and packing material sections with stock control, inventory audits and batch-wise tracking.
- Ensure receipt, sampling, issuance and storage in compliance with GMP standards.
- Coordinate logistics for manufacturing inputs and maintain material records.
Manufacturing / Packing — Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee OSD operations: compression, pellet coating, capsule filling, primary and secondary packing.
- Ensure adherence to e-BPR, e-logs and electronic documentation best practices.
- Implement in-process controls and support continuous improvement in throughput and yield.
Manufacturing / Packing — Associate / Operator
Qualification: 10th / 12th + ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm (Mandatory)
Experience: 2–10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute granulation, coating, capsule filling, blister packing, bottle/bulk packing and secondary packing operations.
- Maintain operational discipline, follow SOPs and report deviations promptly.
Quality Assurance — Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 3–8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Support AQA, validation, and technology transfer activities.
- Review BMR/BPRs, oversee CAPA, deviation management and change controls.
- Ensure compliance to internal and external regulatory standards.
Note: Candidates who attended an Ajanta interview in the past six months are not eligible to apply for this walk-in.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Qualifications (comma-separated): B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc, D.Pharm, Diploma, ITI, Any Graduate
Relevant Courses: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Diploma in Pharmacy, Mechanical Diploma, Electrical Diploma
Experience: Ranges from 2 to 10 years depending on role. Prior experience in pharma formulation manufacturing, QC lab methods, warehouse operations, or IPQA is mandatory for officer-level roles.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on operation of HPLC, UV, Dissolution, GC, LC-MS/ICP-MS (preferred for QC).
- Familiarity with e-BPR/e-logs, LIMS and electronic data management.
- Sound understanding of cGMP, GLP, deviation/CAPA handling, and documentation practices.

Primary Work Location: Ajanta Pharma Formulation Facility — Dahej, Bharuch (Gujarat).
Interview Location: Nani Daman (Hotel Reevanta).
