Key Responsibilities in Patient Safety & Experience
- Manage the intake, processing, and documentation of complaints and adverse events in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate data entry and case assessment using internal safety databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely complaint resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in quality and safety documentation systems.
- Maintain compliance with Alcon’s internal procedures and global quality standards.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections with complete documentation and traceability.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background:
Applicants must hold a tertiary degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Pharmacy
- Optometry
- Ophthalmology
- Medicine
- Pharmacology
- Biomedical Sciences / Biomedical Engineering
- Nursing
- Chemistry / Biology / Life Sciences
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Familiarity with quality systems, documentation practices, and complaint tracking.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
