Position: Product Executive / Sr. Product Executive

Department: International Business – Product Management

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience Required: 3 to 6 years in a relevant role

Qualification: B Pharm with MBA (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire brand lifecycle including product launches, market scaling, and product maturity phases in international markets.
• Conduct in-depth market research to drive pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies effectively.
• Ensure seamless execution of product management activities aligned with international regulatory guidelines and market demands.
• Develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with cross-functional teams, distributors, and global partners.
• Monitor competitor activities to formulate competitive strategies for target markets in the Cardio-Diabetic, CNS, or Oncology segments.
• Drive timely follow-up and execution focus across assigned projects for measurable outcomes.

Candidate Profile – What Alembic Pharma is Looking For

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Product Manager in International Pharmaceutical Marketing.
•  Sound knowledge and working experience in Cardio-Diabetic, CNS, or Oncology therapeutic areas.
• Expertise in handling global brand management, pricing models, market positioning, and scaling strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with international teams and stakeholders.
•  Ability to handle complex market research data, analyze trends, and suggest actionable plans.
• Proactive in managing international regulatory dynamics and market access requirements.
