Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will join the R&D Synthesis function and work under experienced scientists and project leaders. The role focuses on handsâon laboratory execution and scientific documentation aligned with pharmaceutical R&D standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting organic synthesis activities for API generics, oncology compounds, peptides, and CDMO projects
- Executing chemical reactions under defined protocols and experimental designs
- Assisting in route scouting, impurity profiling, and reaction optimization
- Maintaining laboratory notebooks and experimental data in compliance with GLP practices
- Handling analytical interpretation in coordination with analytical teams
- Supporting scaleâup readiness through reproducible labâscale experiments
- Following laboratory safety, waste management, and quality systems
- Collaborating with senior scientists to meet project timelines and research objectives
This role builds a strong foundation in pharmaceutical process chemistry, regulatoryâaligned documentation, and realâworld drug development workflows.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Ph.D in Organic Chemistry (2024 or 2025 passâout)
- M.Sc in Organic Chemistry (2024 or 2025 passâout)
