Job Role & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will join the R&D Synthesis function and work under experienced scientists and project leaders. The role focuses on hands‑on laboratory execution and scientific documentation aligned with pharmaceutical R&D standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting organic synthesis activities for API generics, oncology compounds, peptides, and CDMO projects
  • Executing chemical reactions under defined protocols and experimental designs
  • Assisting in route scouting, impurity profiling, and reaction optimization
  • Maintaining laboratory notebooks and experimental data in compliance with GLP practices
  • Handling analytical interpretation in coordination with analytical teams
