Key Responsibilities
- Intake and triaging of cases from Case Intake System into PV and Quality Management systems.
- Process and document adverse events (AEs), medical inquiries (MIs), and product quality complaints (PQCs).
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Operations for case processing and follow-ups.
- Support reconciliation activities with external vendors to ensure no data gaps.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of SOPs related to intake and triage processes.
- Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.
- Help mentor junior staff on best pharmacovigilance practices.
- Maintain detailed records for regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
Required Education & Experience
- Qualification: B. Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
- Experience: 0–2 years in pharmacovigilance, clinical research, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of ICSR processing, GVP guidelines, and documentation practices preferred.
