These openings suit candidates with hands-on sterile manufacturing, real-time quality checks, and aseptic environment monitoring experience. Apprenticeship roles are also available for freshers in IPQA and IPQA EM.

Job Role & Responsibilities

IPQA – Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive

• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to cGMP and regulatory expectations.
• Perform real-time in-process checks, line clearance, material status verification.
• Review batch manufacturing records and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Sample intermediates, perform basic testing, and support investigations.
• Report deviations, non-conformances, and assist in CAPA implementation.

IPQA EM – Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive

• Perform environmental monitoring (non-viable and viable) of aseptic areas.
• Conduct personnel monitoring, surface/swab monitoring, and trend data analysis.
• Monitor aseptic behavior, gowning compliance, and Grade A/B conditions.
• Maintain EM records as per ICH, 21 CFR, Schedule M, and internal SOPs.
• Coordinate with microbiology and QA teams for contamination control activities.

Apprentice – IPQA (Freshers)

• Support basic in-process checks and line clearance activities.
• Assist in documentation, sampling, batch record review, and GMP compliance activities.
• Gain exposure to sterile production operations and quality systems.

Apprentice – IPQA EM (Freshers – Microbiology)

• Conduct basic viable and non-viable monitoring under supervision.
• Support environmental monitoring data entry, trend charting, and documentation.
• Learn aseptic techniques, sterilization concepts, and microbiology basics.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• IPQA: B.Pharm / M.Sc with 2–8 years experience.
• IPQA EM: B.Pharm / M.Sc (Microbiology) with 2–8 years experience.
• Apprentice – IPQA: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Freshers).
• Apprentice – IPQA EM: M.Sc (Microbiology) Freshers.

Relevant courses (comma-separated): B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc Microbiology, M.Sc Biotechnology, PG Diploma in QA, Certificate in Sterile Manufacturing, Certificate in cGMP, Certificate in Environmental Monitoring.

Location & Salary
