Job Role & Responsibilities
This apprentice program is designed to build foundational skills in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn core processes in OSD manufacturing under supervision.
- Understand equipment handling, line operation and production workflows.
- Support activities related to granulation, compression, coating and packing.
- Maintain adherence to GMP guidelines and cleanroom discipline.
- Assist senior operators and technicians with routine tasks and documentation.
Learning Exposure
- Comprehensive hands-on training in manufacturing operations.
- Understanding of cGMP, safety practices and SOP-driven workflows.
- Mentorship from trained professionals.
- Preparation for long-term roles across manufacturing and quality functions.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
- B.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology)
- Diploma (Any Trade) including Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical
- ITI (All Trades) including Fitter, Electrician, Instrumentation, Mechanical Operator
Experience
- Freshers only eligible.
Stipend Details
- ITI: ₹11,000 per month
- Diploma: ₹12,000 per month
- B.Pharm: ₹14,000 per month
