Required Qualifications:
ITI, Diploma, BSc, B Pharm, MSc, M.Pharm, B.E
Experience Range: 2 to 7 years in a regulated injectable manufacturing plant
Job Responsibilities & Technical Expertise
Candidates should possess hands-on experience in the following operations and systems:
Manufacturing Operations:
- Vial Filling
- Aseptic Sealing
- Sterile Filtration
- Batch Manufacturing
- Autoclaving & Terminal Sterilization
- Microsphere Processing
- Ophthalmic & Cartridge Lines
- PFS (Pre-filled Syringes) Handling
➤ Equipment & Machine Proficiency:
- Groninger / Optima Filling Machine
- Dyno Truking Sealing Machine
- Bosch Filling Machine
➤ Compliance and Documentation:
- Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, ALCOA principles
- Strong adherence to aseptic behavior
- Experience with QMS (Quality Management Systems)
