Job Role & Responsibilities
Injectable Manufacturing – Production
Designations: Operator (Assistant/Associate), Supervisor (Officer/Executive)
Experience: 1–8 years
Key Responsibilities
- Operate sterile, parenteral, and aseptic manufacturing processes.
- Handle bag filling, vial filling, sealing, filtration, and batch manufacturing.
- Perform autoclave operations, terminal sterilization, and microsphere processing.
- Manage production OMS activities and batch documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, ALCOA principles, and aseptic practices.
- Operate manufacturing lines for vials, bags, PFS, lyophilized products, cartridges.
Injectable Packing & Visual Inspection
Designations: Operator (Assistant/Associate), Supervisor (Officer/Executive)
Experience: 1–8 years
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated visual inspection (MVI/AVI) activities.
- Handle injectable packing line operations.
- Perform QMS activities including change control, deviation handling, and machine qualification/requalification.
- Maintain compliance with sterile packing SOPs and documentation standards.
Apprentice – Injectable Manufacturing & Packing
Experience: Freshers
Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing and packing activities under supervision.
- Learn aseptic operations, GMP documentation, and shop-floor discipline.
- Participate in structured training programs at the facility.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm, B.E
Relevant Courses (comma-separated):
Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Pharmacy, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology
Experience Requirement
- 1–8 years for Operator and Supervisor roles
