Job Role & Responsibilities

Department: Manufacturing (Solid Orals)

Positions: Operators/Associates & Officers to Sr. Executives
Location: Ahmedabad SEZ, Gujarat
Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, or B.Pharm
Experience: 2–5 years in a regulated OSD plant

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform granulation, coating, compression, bottle packing, and capsule filling operations.
• Handle and maintain machines such as RMG, FBE, FETTE, Autocoaters, Bottle Packing lines with track and trace systems.
• Maintain production documentation as per GMP and ALCOA guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Department: Quality Control (QC)

Positions: Officer to Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm, or M.Pharm
Experience: 2–6 years in QC – OSD/Topicals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products (topicals, gels, creams, and solutions).
• Perform testing using advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, LCMS, UV, IR, etc.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory standards.
• Preparation, review, and approval of master documents in LIMS.
• Follow data integrity and documentation standards per company policies.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• Manufacturing: ITI, Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Pharma, B.Sc in Chemistry, or B.Pharm.
• Quality Control: M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.

Experience Range:

• Minimum 2 years to 6 years in OSD or QC operations in a regulated manufacturing facility (USFDA, MHRA, WHO GMP, TGA).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automated production lines and modern analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of GMP, SOP, and data integrity principles.
• Hands-on exposure to instrument calibration, documentation, and batch release processes.
