Job Role & Responsibilities
Trainee Associate – Manufacturing (Injectables)
Qualification: Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc
Experience: Freshers eligible
Responsibilities:
- Support day‑to‑day sterile manufacturing operations under supervision.
- Learn and operate injectable manufacturing equipment as per SOPs.
- Follow aseptic techniques, gowning procedures, and cleanroom protocols.
- Assist in documentation including BMR/BPR entries and equipment logs.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training for sterile production, equipment handling, and operational workflows.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
- Diploma (Engineering/Technical disciplines)
- D.Pharm
- B.Sc (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences)
Relevant Courses: Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Aseptic Processing Basics, Manufacturing Science, Cleanroom Management.
Experience Requirements
- Freshers with interest in sterile/aseptic manufacturing.
- Candidates must be willing to work in an injectable regulated plant.
