Job Role & Responsibilities
Registry Data Management
- Create and maintain Human Readable files and Data Dictionaries using the MAT tool.
- Update artefacts annually based on CMS document revisions.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of registry reports.
- Review updated guidelines and translate changes into structured datasets.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze code updates annually and perform code cleaning.
- Convert clinical information into standardized formats.
- Produce periodic reports for internal clinical teams and leadership.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Follow registry guidelines and CMS standards.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure patient data confidentiality.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with researchers, data coordinators, and clinical stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Communicate updates and requirements with internal teams and external registry partners.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Informatics, Nursing, BDS, MBBS, BAMS, BHMS.
- 2–3 years of experience in clinical data management, clinical research, or registry operations.
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, R, SAS, Python, or visualization tools.
- Understanding of clinical workflows and medical coding standards: ICD, CPT, HCPCS, SNOMED CT.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and clinical research regulatory requirements.
