Job Role & Responsibilities

Registry Data Management

  • Create and maintain Human Readable files and Data Dictionaries using the MAT tool.
  • Update artefacts annually based on CMS document revisions.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of registry reports.
  • Review updated guidelines and translate changes into structured datasets.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze code updates annually and perform code cleaning.
  • Convert clinical information into standardized formats.
  • Produce periodic reports for internal clinical teams and leadership.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Follow registry guidelines and CMS standards.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure patient data confidentiality.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with researchers, data coordinators, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
  • Communicate updates and requirements with internal teams and external registry partners.

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Informatics, Nursing, BDS, MBBS, BAMS, BHMS.
  • 2–3 years of experience in clinical data management, clinical research, or registry operations.
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, R, SAS, Python, or visualization tools.
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and medical coding standards: ICD, CPT, HCPCS, SNOMED CT.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and clinical research regulatory requirements.
