Key Responsibilities

Core Job Functions

Instrumentation and Operation

• Operate and calibrate Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of GCMS equipment.

Analytical Development

• Develop and validate analytical methods for:
  • Nitrosamines
  • Genotoxic impurities
  • Extractable and Leachable studies
• Interpret mass spectra for impurity identification.
• Identify unknown peaks using GCMS.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare Analytical Reports and Validation Documents.
• Author and review LNBs (Laboratory Notebooks) for developed methods.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Who Can Apply?

• Education: M.Pharm / MSc in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry
• Experience: 2 to 6 years in Analytical Method Development using GCMS in the API domain
