Job Role & Responsibilities
Department: Production
Role: API Production Trainee / Junior Operator
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in API manufacturing operations under supervision.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety norms.
- Support process development and equipment handling.
- Maintain batch production records and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and EHS standards.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc Chemistry, Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in API Production (Freshers welcome).
- Language Requirement: Tamil proficiency is mandatory.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Skills Preferred:
- Knowledge of chemical reactions, reactor operations, filtration, and drying processes.
- Awareness of GMP and safety guidelines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
