Job Role & Responsibilities
Department: Manufacturing – Formulation OSD Unit
Position: Freshers (B.Tech Graduates)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the manufacturing process of oral solid dosage forms.
- Support the filling, granulation, compression, and packaging operations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and quality compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for smooth workflow.
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.
This role provides a solid foundation for fresh graduates to learn end-to-end pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech in ECE, Mechanical, or EEE disciplines.
- Experience: Freshers from 2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-out batches.
- Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a regulated pharma environment.
