Job Role & Responsibilities

Medical Coder – HCC / Risk Adjustment (Freshers to 5 yrs)

• Assign ICD‑10‑CM, CPT and HCPCS codes accurately from clinical documentation.

• Review charts, discharge summaries, and clinician notes for coding completeness.
