Job Role & Responsibilities
Research Associate / Senior Research Associate / Associate Scientist – Bioanalysis
- LC–MS/MS method development, validation, and routine sample analysis
- Optimization of bioanalytical sample preparation techniques
- Troubleshooting of chromatographic and MS/MS instrumentation issues
- Analysis and interpretation of bioanalytical data
- Preparation of bioanalytical study reports
- Supporting ADME and pharmacokinetic studies with accurate data delivery
- Maintaining GLP-compliant documentation and data integrity
Research Associate / Senior Research Associate – Rodent Pharmacokinetics
- Handling and dosing of laboratory animals in compliance with CPCSEA and AAALAC guidelines
- Performing IV, PO, SC, and IP dosing techniques
- Serial blood sampling via tail vein, retro-orbital, and jugular routes
- Catheterization procedures including jugular vein, femoral vein, and bile duct
- Conducting PK, excretion, and tissue distribution studies
- Maintaining SOP adherence, study records, and regulatory documentation
- Supporting druggability assessment through PK data interpretation
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
- M.Pharm (Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics)
- M.Sc (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry)
- M.V.Sc (Pharmacology and Toxicology)
Experience
- Bioanalysis roles: 3–9 years of relevant experience
- Rodent Pharmacokinetics roles: 4–7 years of relevant experience
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of chromatography and LC–MS/MS systems
- Hands-on experience in ADME, PK assays, and bioanalytical workflows
- Knowledge of GLP and non-GLP study requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis, documentation, and scientific reporting
Location & Salary
- Bioanalysis: Hyderabad, Telangana
- Rodent Pharmacokinetics: Hyderabad or Bangalore
