Required Education:
MSc. in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry
Experience Required:
2 to 10 years of relevant experience in the CRO industry is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct organic synthesis and reaction experiments to develop target molecules.
- Maintain accurate documentation for each step in the process, ensuring full data integrity and compliance with IP (Intellectual Property) guidelines.
- Promote a safe work environment through adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional scientific teams to advance research goals.
Skills & Attributes Required
- Proficient in handling reaction setups, synthesis optimization, and purification techniques.
- Strong understanding of analytical tools (e.g., NMR, HPLC, LC-MS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced CRO environment with a strong commitment to timelines and quality.
