The company is hiring Research Associates and Senior Research Associates with strong expertise in organic chemistry and hands-on laboratory skills. Candidates with 2–6 years of industrial experience in reaction monitoring, impurity profiling and process development can attend the walk-in in Hyderabad.

Job Role & Responsibilities
Research Associate / Senior Research Associate – Process R&D
- Plan, execute and monitor assigned lab experiments with minimal supervision.
- Perform reaction monitoring using TLC, HPLC or GC as applicable.
- Work on named reactions, reaction mechanisms and scale-up studies.
- Handle purification techniques and maintain accurate experimental records.
- Conduct impurity profiling and in-process control checks.
- Carry out spectroscopy interpretation including Proton NMR, HNMR and Mass.
- Compile experimental data and prepare batch reports and development reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, documentation standards and project timelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Process R&D team.
These responsibilities require strong organic chemistry fundamentals, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced research environment.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Qualification Required: M.Sc – Organic Chemistry.
- Experience Range: 2–6 years in Process R&D, CRO/CMO, or formulation development labs.
- Strong understanding of reaction mechanisms, impurity pathways and analytical interpretation.
- Ability to independently handle fume hood operations, reaction set-ups and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, documentation and teamwork skills.
Relevant courses (comma-separated): M.Sc Organic Chemistry, M.Sc Pharmaceutical Chemistry, M.Sc Medicinal Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry courses, Spectroscopy training modules, Process Chemistry certifications.
Skills Required
- Ability to independently handle reactions and monitor progress.
- Knowledge of named reactions, mechanisms and retrosynthesis.
- Proficiency in Proton NMR, HNMR and Mass spectroscopy data interpretation.
- Experience in impurity profiling and in-process controls.
- Strong understanding of lab validation experiments and data compilation.
- Adherence to GMP-aligned documentation, quality standards and safety systems.
- Capability to meet project deadlines and quality parameters consistently.
