Educational Qualifications
- MSc. in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry
Skill Requirements
- Execution of chemical reactions from milligram to gram scale to meet client specifications
- Proficiency in synthesizing molecules/compounds using advanced techniques and efficient routes
- Experience with peptide synthesis (solid-phase and solution-phase)
- Knowledge of diverse peptide resins and modifications (e.g., cyclization, disulfide bridge formation, derivatization)
- Ability to use analytical tools like NMR, LCMS, and HPLC for compound characterization and purification
- Experience with automated peptide synthesizers is desirable
- Proficiency in maintaining an Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN)
