Job Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary based on department and designation. Key responsibilities include:

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Handle Change Control, CAPA, deviations, and investigations
• Manage audit processes and GMP documentation
• Perform IPQA activities and validation processes
• Work on APQR and vendor qualification

Quality Control (QC & Micro)

• Conduct environmental monitoring and microbiological testing
• Perform water analysis, sterility testing, BET, MLT
• Operate instruments like HPLC, GC, dissolution systems
• Maintain GLP documentation and stability review

Production (OSD & Injectable)

• Perform batch manufacturing and aseptic operations
• Handle granulation, coating, compression, capsule filling
• Work on vial washing, autoclave, lyophilization processes
• Manage labeling, packing, and cleanroom operations

Warehouse

• Manage inventory and SAP/ERP systems
• Handle RM, PM, FG dispensing and storage
• Ensure GMP, GDP compliance in warehousing

Engineering

• Maintain plant utilities and equipment
• Handle HVAC, water systems, and instrumentation
• Work on automation, PLC, SCADA systems

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BSc, MSc Chemistry, Diploma, ITI, BE, B.Tech

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (OSD/Injectable)
• Knowledge of analytical instruments and production processes
• Good documentation and compliance skills

Experience:
