VerGo Pharma Research Laboratories, a reputed Contract Research Organization (CRO) based in Verna, Goa, is looking to hire talented professionals for the role of Scientist – Formulation Development. If you are an M.Pharm graduate with hands-on experience in developing solid orals, injectables, or novel drug delivery systems, this is your opportunity to work with a company driving differentiated pharmaceutical innovation.
Position Overview

- Job Title: Scientist – Formulation Development
- Location: Verna, Goa
- Department: R&D – Formulation Development
- Experience Required: 2 to 8 Years
- Qualification: Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop solid oral dosage forms, liquid orals, and injectable formulations
- Execute end-to-end generic product development in line with regulatory expectations
- Design and optimize novel drug delivery systems and differentiated products
- Prepare technical documents and reports for internal and regulatory use
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams and regulatory affairs
Educational Qualifications
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, or equivalent specialization)
Candidate Profile
- 2 to 8 years of formulation development experience
- Exposure to generic formulations within CROs or reputed pharmaceutical companies
- Strong understanding of QbD (Quality by Design) and regulatory guidelines
- Experience in innovative dosage form development is an added advantage
