Job Role & Responsibilities

As an In Vivo Pharmacokinetic Scientist / Senior Scientist, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and conducting in vivo PK studies in line with GLP and ICH standards.
  • Administering compounds via IV, IP, SC, and PO routes.
  • Performing surgical procedures including jugular/femoral vein cannulation and bile duct cannulation.
  • Collecting and analyzing biological fluids such as blood, bile, urine, and CSF.
  • Analyzing pharmacokinetic data using WinNonlin software.
  • Preparing detailed study reports for regulatory submissions and internal teams.
  • Maintaining ELN notebooks and ensuring accurate data documentation.
  • Presenting results in cross-functional team meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with IAEC protocols, biosafety, and EHS standards.

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • PhD in Pharmacology / Biochemistry OR M.Pharm with relevant industry experience.
  • 2 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in in vivo pharmacokinetics.
  • Expertise in surgical techniques and bio-sample collection.
  • Proficiency with WinNonlin is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Relevant courses: Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Drug Discovery, Bioanalytical Sciences.
