Job Role & Responsibilities

Aspiro is hiring freshers across three departments. Each function provides structured training, hands‑on exposure, and career progression opportunities.

Production – B.Pharmacy

Eligibility: B.Pharm freshers (2024 & 2025 pass-outs)

Responsibilities:

• Learn and support manufacturing operations for sterile and non‑sterile products.
• Assist in line clearance, in‑process checks, and documentation under supervision.
• Operate basic production equipment after training.
• Follow cGMP guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the production area.

Engineering – B.Tech & Diploma

Eligible Streams: Mechanical, ECE, EEE, Diploma Mechanical

Responsibilities:

• Support preventive and routine maintenance of utilities and equipment.
• Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Learn HVAC, cleanroom controls, compressors, and manufacturing line utilities.
• Maintain engineering logs, safety documentation, and equipment records.

Warehouse – MBA / B.Pharmacy / B.Sc

Eligibility: Freshers from MBA, B.Pharm, or B.Sc backgrounds

Responsibilities:

• Assist in material receipt, storage, dispensing, and inventory management.
• Learn SAP/ERP transactions, GRN, and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with production and QC for timely material issuance.
• Ensure compliance with GDP and warehouse safety norms.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Eligible courses (comma‑separated): B.Pharmacy, B.Tech Mechanical, B.Tech ECE, B.Tech EEE, Diploma Mechanical, MBA, B.Sc.

Additional requirements:

• Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025 only.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in shifts.
