Job Role & Responsibilities
Granulation Operator – Production
- Operate granulation equipment including RMG, FBD, Multi-Mill, Sifter, and Blenders
- Execute BMR/BPR activities accurately as per standard procedures
- Monitor and record key process parameters during each batch
- Perform equipment cleaning, changeover, and ensure proper line clearance
- Follow GMP and GDP practices throughout production
- Maintain safety protocols and comply with internal quality systems
- Report deviations or process abnormalities to supervisors
Eligibility / Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical granulation
- Strong understanding of RMG, FBD, mills, sifting, blending, and process flow
- Good documentation habits and adherence to GMP guidelines
Relevant Courses
B.Pharm, B.Sc Chemistry, ITI Fitter, Diploma Mechanical, Diploma Chemical Engineering, B.Sc Life Sciences, Certificate in Tablet Manufacturing.
