Job Roles & Responsibilities
Production – Chemist / Senior Chemist (API)
- Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, and dryers used in API manufacturing
- Execute batch operations as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records
- Monitor critical process parameters and ensure product quality
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with cGMP guidelines
- Support scale-up activities and process optimization initiatives
EHS – Environment Chemist / Senior Chemist
- Operate and monitor environmental systems including Stripper, MEE, ATFD, BIO ETP, and RO plants
- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual environmental reports and MIS documentation
- Ensure compliance with pollution control norms and statutory environmental requirements
- Manage hazardous waste handling, disposal, and record maintenance
- Implement and monitor work permit systems and environmental safety protocols
EHS – Safety Chemist / Senior Chemist
- Implement and monitor safety systems including LOTO and hydrant operations
- Conduct unsafe act and unsafe condition observations
- Organize safety trainings and PPE compliance programs
- Maintain safety documentation and incident reports
- Support audits and continuous improvement of workplace safety standards
Engineering Store (Warehouse) – Officer
- Receive and issue engineering materials to relevant departments
- Maintain inventory records and material traceability
- Work on SAP MM module for material management
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for timely material availability
Central Warehouse – Officer / Executive
- Handle material dispensing and receipt activities
- Maintain accurate inventory and batch-wise records
- Operate SAP systems for warehouse transactions
- Ensure compliance with GDP and internal warehouse SOPs
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Background (role-specific):
- B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry
- B.Tech Chemistry, Diploma in Engineering (for EHS Safety roles)
- MBA, M.Com, B.Com, B.Sc (for Warehouse & Stores roles)
Experience Requirements:
- Production & EHS Environment: 1–4 years
- EHS Safety: 2–6 years
- Engineering Store: 2–5 years
- Central Warehouse: 3–5 years
Additional Criteria:
- API pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory
- SAP knowledge is compulsory for warehouse and store roles
- Male candidates only (as per company requirement)
