Job Role & Responsibilities
Bal Pharma is hiring for Production, Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA) departments. Below are the detailed roles and expectations for each department:
Production Department (Udaipur Unit)
Designation: Sr. Officer / Officer / Operator
Experience: 2–5 years and above
Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, dryers, and other API manufacturing equipment.
- Handling solvents, raw materials, and intermediates with adherence to safety standards.
- Maintaining compliance with cGMP, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Preparation and maintenance of equipment logbooks.
- Ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Quality Control Department (Bangalore Unit)
Designation: Assistant Manager
Experience: 10+ years
Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Shift QC team and ensuring smooth laboratory operations.
- Overseeing QMS activities, qualification of lab instruments, and review of Method of Analysis (MOA) and SOPs.
- Ensuring adherence to GLP and cGMP in analytical testing.
