Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Apprentice – Formulation Manufacturing

Selected candidates will be trained and engaged in formulation production activities under the guidance of experienced professionals. This role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in formulation production activities as per SOPs
• Supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations on the shop floor
• Learning and following cGMP practices and safety procedures
• Handling basic production equipment under supervision
• Maintaining cleanliness and discipline in production areas
• Supporting documentation activities as instructed
• Coordinating with senior operators and supervisors
• Adhering to shift schedules and production timelines

This apprenticeship role builds a strong foundation in pharmaceutical production and prepares candidates for future technical and officer-level roles.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

B.Sc (Science disciplines), D.Pharm, ITI (Fitter, Electrician)

Eligibility Criteria:
