Job Role & Responsibilities

As part of the Oligonucleotide Synthesis team, you will work on laboratory processes that require precision, documentation discipline, and strong interest in chemistry and biomolecule manufacturing. Responsibilities include:

• Assist in oligonucleotide synthesis processes under supervision.
• Handle reagents, solid-phase synthesis materials, and synthesis equipment.
• Learn standard workflows for purification, cleavage, deprotection, and desalting.
• Maintain accurate lab notebooks and follow GLP documentation guidelines.
• Support QC teams in analysing purity, yield, and product characteristics.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with established SOPs.
• Participate in continuous learning and skill development in nucleic acid chemistry.
