Job Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform API synthesis using advanced organic chemistry techniques
- Execute and optimize reaction processes for drug intermediates and APIs
- Handle analytical instruments such as LC-MS, preparative HPLC, and gas chromatography
- Interpret analytical data to support synthesis and purification processes
- Ensure adherence to GMP and GLP practices in R&D operations
- Maintain proper documentation of experiments, observations, and results
- Work in rotational shifts as per project and lab requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process development and scale-up
- Maintain lab safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
